Apply google maps to the grocery store, and you’ve solved 50% of the populations problems with shopping. Most people can’t find what they are looking for, and leave frustrated. Even more frustrating is leaving with a whole pile of stuff you never intended to purchase in the first place…

Which is likely why they don’t map the store.
